Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally sent within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. 

If you select "Priority Shipping", we will ship either through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  These packages will arrive anywhere from 1 to 4 days after we ship them (the average is 2 days).  If you select "Express Shipping", we will ship either through USPS Express Mail or UPS Next Day Air.  These packages should arrive 1 business day after we ship them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Please contact us at support@northwesternuniversitystore.com if you would like to exchange or return merchandise and we will promptly send along an exchange form.

Packages should be sent in within 45 days of the purchase.
